Shipping & returns
We ship directly to NSW, VIC, ACT and QLD. If you live in SA, TAS, WA or NT please see below. When you place an order we usually despatch that same business day, or else the next business day. We choose the shipping method most suitable to the size of your order and the destination. As we are located in the Northern Rivers area of northern NSW, you can expect the following approximate delivery times for your Simplyclean:
- Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra in 1-2 business days.
- NSW, VIC, ACT and QLD regional centres in 3-4 business days.
- NSW, VIC, ACT and QLD rural areas in 5+ business days.
How to order if you live in SA, TAS, NT and WA
Australia is a vast country and the Simplyclean products can be bulky, which can cause a problem with shipping costs. So we have partnered with wholesalers who are more local to you and they service the public as well as our stockists (health stores and independent supermarkets). You can order Simplyclean directly from them.

Orders over $120 are FREE freight.
Orders under are charged at a $10 FLAT RATE.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you are unsure if an item is eligible for return, please contact us.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Send us the item and we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
